We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method after verification.
Due to the nature of our products (fragrance items, dhoops, bathis, etc.), used or opened packages cannot be returned.
